On September 18-19, CEO Peter Ekolind presented CombiGene at the Nordic Life Science Days (NLSDays) in Malmö. The purpose was to find a new development partner for the epilepsy project CG01 and also a partner for the COZY program.
About 1,400 companies and more than 130 exhibitors from over 30 countries participated in this year’s edition of NLSDays. Jessica Martinsson, CEO of SwedenBIO, the industry organization that organizes NLSDays, summarized the event by highlighting that it is the combination of innovation, partnership, and collaboration that makes the Nordic life science industry so successful.
For CombiGene, the work of finding a partner to license one of the company’s projects is a continuous process that requires time and effort. NLSDays is one of several important forums for meeting potential licensees and suppliers, as well as identifying new projects and collaborations. Peter Ekolind presented CombiGene’s operations to several interested companies, who have now received additional information to analyze.
The next major networking opportunity will be at BIO Europe 2024, which takes place in Stockholm from November 4-6.
