Stockslätten AB acquires all shares from Strategic Partners A/S

CombiGene AB (publ) (“CombiGene”, the “Company”) today announces that Strategic Partners A/S have sold 2,327,058 shares in the Company to Stockslätten AB. The transfer corresponds to an ownership of 11.8%.
