CombiGene AB publishes this memorandum pursuant to a resolution by the
board of CombiGene AB on 22 January to introduce a preference share issue
which was authorized by the Annual General Meeting on 9 May 2017. The new
issue is a preference share issue, whereby existing shareholders have preferential
right to subscribe for new shares. The issue is also open to other investors. Full
subscription of the offer will generate about MSEK 10.2 before deductions for
issuing expenses.
